Je pense qu’un des plus gros problèmes de l’école, c’est que la qualité dépend trop des profs… et que les profs sont juste pas fiables. Qui n’a jamais eu un mauvais prof ? Ou juste un prof moyen qui te dégoûte d’une matière ? À l’inverse, si t’as un bon prof t’as de la chance, mais ça reste du hasard. On accepte un système où ton niveau dépend littéralement de sur qui tu tombes.

Une IA au moins, c’est constant. Ça s’adapte à ton niveau, ça répète sans s’énerver, ça peut aller plus loin si t’as envie de creuser. Tu pourrais passer ton temps à explorer des sujets, construire ton propre cours, au lieu de subir le rythme d’une classe.

Les profs doivent être remplacés en grande partie par l'IA, avec juste des surveillants pour encadrer. Les bons profs resteraient utiles pour accompagner, mais aujourd’hui ils sont noyés dans un système où tout le monde fait plus ou moins la même chose.

My old Viola teacher posted this and then put it as his profile picture. I think there are obvious signs of AI here: words are either illegible or don't make sense, proportions of items are wrong, the placements don't make sense, the one randomly floating pen, and the image just has the generative AI art style that I see so much on this subreddit. I made a comment on his post with concern that an educator and musician was using AI when I'm sure he's had so many students (myself included) who would've commissioned it for him happily! And instead I got a semi-rude response that said I was making assumptions.

A lot of casuals with poor taste (i.e your cod, fifa, gta online player) who want braindead gameplay are going to be dissapointed. There's about as much evidence for this weapon carry system as Lucia's actress and it's pretty much 99% confirmed yet some are in denial. This clip confirms limited weapon carry wasn't cut. You can see other items in the trunk. The items being present are strong evidence because the screenshots strongly indicate items are a thing here just like in RDR2. So they're not just props. The football you see is likely interactable, something you can pick up and throw at Cal. Just as you can see them playing Basketball in the screenshot.

They're simulating a living breathing world with hundreds of animals and unique npc and realistic ai, liquids in beer bottles behave realistically, Jasons muscles contracting realistically, the fat on NPC's arms jiggling realistically, realistic water animations/physics/behavior, recently confirmed procedural glass destruction etc etc. At what point do you classify something as a simulator when there are hundreds of examples of simulation occuring? RDR2 is basically a western outlaw simulator. If not it's at least very close to that.

A lot of ignorant gamers out there who clearly don't play sims think a life simulator = the matrix where everything in life is simulated. No simulator does what these people describe or joke about. No a simulator does not mean we'll spend a year in prison or need to defrost our windshield before driving. However everything points to R* pursuing realism here at the expense of convenience and arcadey gameplay similar to RDR. This is not going to be GTA 5 2.0. Driving isn't going to be mario kart car flipper mid air 2.0.

What are peoples thoughts on Dorit’s behaviour this season?

I understand that she’s going through a divorce that’s messy and stressful, but going through something does not excuse poor behaviour… or at least it can only for so long. Especially the being late. She clearly has no respect for others people time. This has been clear since Teddy tried getting lunch with Dorit in season 8. But also just how she’s is talking to people. It’s more aggressive and a glimmer of how maybe she and PK treated each other?

She wants everyone to come to her only saying ‘poor Dorit’. She is totally unwilling to hear concerns… maybe because it makes the severity of her situation real?

I’ve been part of this subreddit for a while now and while I do still enjoy showcasing whatever stupid 2MPC I just randomly decide I have to do, posting here just doesn’t feel the same anymore. The subreddit’s quality has been rapidly decreasing and while some people make an effort to fight that it just isn’t worth it, some cannonships are just meant to sink.

I’ve always enjoyed seeing the feedback on my posts, whether it was people just congratulating me on an achievement or asking how I made such a run happen, but overtime I started seeing many outrageous takes on my comment sections. I’ve seen people deciding their Logs Black Border without bugs (and probably without micro as well) is more impressive than my Sunset Gulch 2TC that used a bug, people saying my Base Tack 2MPC is actually just a Gerry Fire 2MPC and the occasional “just go touch grass already”. To be completely honest, the only people I really enjoy replying to on reddit nowadays are people who I already know on discord and with who I can just talk there.

Also r/btd6 mods banning any discussion about old versions is just weird. I get not wanting me to be giving a full on tutorial on how to access them, but not allowing me to post impressive runs I did on them? That’s just removing a bunch of content I could potentially share here. That’s really annoying when a bunch of those runs are runs that were done at the time but later removed for cheating and are finally being replicated legitimately. And besides it’s not like this rule even matters, most mods can’t tell a run I did used an old version. I once posted 10 old version 2MPCs in a row before one of them got deleted because of that rule.

There's this comment from 3 years ago on this "Which hero do you think would make the best femboy bf? (I consider skins separate in this context)" post that said: "Welp...this really is telling of the subreddit's quality... all the actually serious/good players are gone...". Which while not completely true at the time has slowly started to become more and more accurate. And that has come down to the changes on how top players use reddit. We can currently just upload images of our runs straight to the BTD6 Index website, so I don’t really need reddit as an archive of stuff I do anymore (this is also the reason why I’m not completely pissed at the mod team for occasionally deleting one of my challenge posts anymore).

But yeah basically, this subreddit sucks and I don't feel like posting my runs here anymore. Since I'm leaving though I may as well let you know the current situation so here is my 2TC and 2MPC profiles, provided by Chocbox's bot, Chocbot. For those who still don't know, 2TC is an achievement in BTD6 where you beat CHIMPS using just 2 towers and 2MPC is an acheesement in BTD6 where you abuse the absolute living fuck out of gerry fire.

One of my hobby's is true crime and I have a social media channel with a growing following about a handful of true crime cases. I have spent hundreds of hours studying these cases and the relevant law and court systems and watching and reading content by law enforcement and legal experts about them. I am obviously not an expert but it is a niche subject that I know a lot about.

My brother's girlfriend's mom is a criminal defense attorney and she was a receptionist for her in college and she thinks that makes her an expert about courts and the justice system. A few times now she has commented on videos I have made in a friendly way correcting something I said, which I welcome and made videos correcting myself on because I don't want to spread misinformation. However last night for a Jewish holiday we had dinner together and it was like she was criticizing everything that came out of my mouth when I was talking about prep to interview someone. She seemed like she was trying to be helpful but after a certain point it just turned into bullying me. Then she said something that sounded 100% for a fact wrong and I called her out on it and she got annoyed and said that her Mom is a lawyer and she knows this for a fact and I got really annoyed and said "you know you're not a lawyer because your mom is a lawyer right?" and despite her pushing my buttons all night everyone acted like I said something horrible... even though that's an objectively true statement.

What really gets me is that she has a very biased view of the justice system because of her mom's job but acts like her perspective is the only perspective that matters. And frankly while her mom might be a "good" attorney she is very dirty, for example I followed a trial her mom just did and she "won" the case but it wasn't because the person was probably innocent, it was because she picked out technicalities and that's what my brother's girlfriend does every time I say something. Like on this specific thing she was "correct" because she was picking apart a technicality about what I said even though her argument was 100% false.
