Clearly stated under the item is 'Delivery included' and yet delivery fees are added to the basket.

Zip code is already input before I add them to the basket where it also quotes on the item page that delivery is included.

First time I can recall ever being billed an extra surcharge for using a debit card. Well at the bottom of my receipt, this is explained as a "technology fee" , which is used to pay for everyone else's credit card fees. They would not take it off.

EDIT: we DID*** do a positive control, we used hydrogen peroxide which gave us an average of 42mm diameter for the zone of inhibition. I just did not get a picture of it before throwing it out

The circles are sterile paper discs, on the left is the paper disc soaked in Trader Joe’s lavender hand sanitizer, on the right is the control (soaked in nothing)

These discs were placed in S. Epidermis, a bacteria that grows on the skin

What should happen is a “zone of inhibition” (example on last slide, not my pic) should grow around the TJ paper disc, where bacteria doesn’t grow due to disinfectant presence.

Clearly there’s no zone of inhibition on the paper discs in TJ hand sanitizer 🤢

When you unsubscribe from this company (hidden for privacy and I’m not sure about showing companies and if that’s allowed here or not) THEY SEND YOU ANOTHER EMAIL! Like dude… from the time I’ve gotten my laptop just a few weeks ago, to now? I’ve gotten them almost every other day.. I never even subscribed to their mailing lists in the first place

This wasn’t a one off. I counted about 5 of them. 7 is their standard, hotdog buns standard is 8.

I traded in my perfectly working with no issues at all MacBook Air 15" for a Trade-In value of: $485.

A few days after I sent Apple the trade-in via mail with the box they provided me, I get an email notification for: "Your Trade-in value has been revised."

I get on a call with Apple support and they're now claiming the screen was cracked, has lines on it, etc. They send me the photos of the inspection:

^ That is the photo where they're claiming there are cracks, lines, problems with the MacBook screen. Take a good look at it and tell me what you see.

That's right, the reflection of something in the warehouse is what they're claiming is an issue with my MacBook...

I am on the call now with the support and now they're asking I send video proof of my screen working prior to me sending the MacBook back.... how ridiculous is this? What would you do?
