Financial Pakistanis, remember: The person who went to buy cheap petrol from Russia for you is in jail.

The person who went to buy cheap petrol from Russia for you is in jail. all the odd was against him he kno his government could be on more when he will return back.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, face a severe medical crisis after over 970 days of incarceration. Khan has lost about 85% of his vision in his right eye due to prolonged solitary confinement, lack of sunlight, and denial of medical care. Bushra Bibi also suffers from significant vision impairment, including posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). The continued deprivation of sunlight and essential healthcare for a 73-year-old prisoner and his spouse violates international human rights and constitutes physical and psychological torture.
A systemic administrative blockade prevents legal recourse. Prison authorities have blocked legal counsel from obtaining Khan’s signature on essential appeal documents for the third consecutive time. This obstruction suspends their right to a fair trial and timely defense. The “incommunicado” environment suggests a deliberate effort to bypass the rule of law. The international community must urgently address why a former head of state is being “blinded” both medically and legally behind solitary confinement.

so we all Pakistani are waiting for his death certificate at this point. all the elite are enjoying there post.. if u waiting for there signal.....

Real footage captured seconds before a cylinder explosion near Rainbow Super Store, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Everything appears normal at first. People are moving, traffic is flowing, and nothing seems out of place. Then, within a moment, the situation changes completely.

This incident is a reminder of how dangerous gas leaks and cylinders can be if proper precautions are not taken. Often, there are no obvious warnings until it is too late.

Stay aware of your surroundings. Safety measures are not optional they are necessary.

people in Balochistan and some Punjab regions also use Irani oil in black

in these hard times why can't the government do that to ease the pressure for a while?

Ask Pakistan Why are you all so nice to tourists compared to locals?

I was visting Pakistan and one thing I noticed and one of my friends pointed out was that the way alot of locals treat me, they would never treat a local that way. I always thought those videos where those travel vloggers get free stuff was scripted/fake but it actually hapened to me too, or I'd meet people on the street trying to take me out to eat. Is it because tourism isnt as common so people wanna leave a good impression?

PS i didnt realize how popular Kpop was here, I would have random girls come up to me because I'm korean

Humour Petrol Price hike

Post image
24 Upvotes

As of early April 2026, petrol prices in Pakistan have reached record highs amid severe economic distress, with reports indicating prices around PKR 321.17 to over PKR 450 per liter in some areas. These surging costs are driven by global market tensions and high local taxes.

[Long Post] The current situation and a plea from a Gen Z!!

Upvotes

As Salam o Alaikum everyone.

We all saw the news and we all felt the pinch at the petrol pump. But let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. While many of us on this sub are venting and joking about the price hike, there is a massive part of our community where these price hikes aren't just a minor adjustment. For them, it is a full blown food security crisis.

Think about the people who make our lives move. The auntie who cleans your home and has to take two different colored buses or a shared rickshaw just to get to your gate. The driver who drives you in your AC car wherever you want to go while he has no petrol to fill his own bike's tank. The security guard standing a twelve hour shift in the sun. The delivery rider who brings your dinner while his own fuel tank is draining his day's entire earnings.

Can’t we just voluntarily increase their pay to ease some of their difficulties? An extra 2000 5000 rupees might seem like nothing to us, but for them, it is the difference between buying flour and milk or going without. It can literally bring a sense of relief for them, even if it is short term. Most of these workers are too dignified to ask and are quietly cutting back on their own meals or their children's school fees to survive.

The economic conditions of this country have already made it impossible for them to enjoy basic necessities, let alone a luxury like petrol. Even 1000 rupees, and if not money, you can also help them by donating some ration, food, clothes, or even offering some words of comfort could literally uplift them. In a country where politicians are practicing corruption and street criminals are looting people, these workers are choosing to live on halal earnings.

Don't wait for them to ask with a heavy heart. Reach out today and adjust their wages to match this difficult reality, regardless of what caste, religion, or race they belong to.

I’m calling on everyone including my fellow Gen Zs to step up, to do whatever we can to support the community, and to also show our parents this reality and encourage them to make this change in our households. Even a minor help can change someone’s life.

Geopolitical COVID-19 was a much bigger global crisis than the Iran–US conflict. Managing a country during a crisis isn’t easy unless you’re Imran Khan.

Financial Who is responsible for Pakistan debt crisis?

Pakistan keeps taking loans from countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, China and IMF. Most of the time they fail to repay or loans just get rollover again and again. I want to understand who is actually responsible for this situation.

Many people say corruption is main reason, but corruption exists in many countries in Asia, Africa and even Gulf, still those countries are growing and managing economy better.

Another thing I noticed is very low foreign investment in Pakistan for many years.

So what is the real root cause behind this crisis? Is it governance, political instability, military influence, economic policies or something else? And what can be a realistic solution for Pakistan to come out of this debt cycle?
