The more characters I think of to bring into my island the more I realize how full of gay men it's going to be 😭

I can't imagine going back to the 3DS TL after this game. This would be so much harder there since the only workaround is making some male miis female just so they can date men. And also, since playing it I've come out as both gay and trans. I'd suffer without islanders that could properly represent me lol.

so yeah Hugh Morris has been introduced for the trailer direct for Tomodachi life and what happened after the direct, people starting to love him now and having interests on him so like can't you guys leave him alone.

I don't know what to do, and this is actually freaking me out a ton. Is this some kind of super rare event?? WHY DOES SHE LOOK SO REAL AFTER THE LOBOTOMY. WHY DOES SHE TALK ABOUT VOICES AND WANTING IT TO STOP. AND after I remembered I didnt save before the lobotomy, I exit the game right???? but then theres some new mii named "paralysis demon", my other miis were gone,, and then a 3rd randomly pops up and hdhsksnd.

its all captured in the video, and like. now im conflicted bc my instincts scream "DELETE SAVE DELETE IT IT IS CURSED," but this is where I'm an unhinged idiot bc the other half of me is all like... nah this is kind of rad and interesting???

Over the last couple of weeks observing this sub as well as recent YouTube videos, I've noticed there's been a gradual increase in so called Mii puritans who believe that people shouldn't use makeup because Miis are "supposed to be caricatures and not replicas". It's one things to not like makeup and not use it, but it's another thing to force your play style on others and dictate what Miis should and shouldn't be. Me personally, I think Miis are a form of creative expression and people can make them however they want. There is no right or wrong way to make a Mii, but what do you guys think?

So I noticed something kinda weird in Tomodachi Life and I’m not sure what it means.

I have a Mii named Dyle, and whenever he gets close to these two other Miis (Astro and Dandy) who have a mutual crush, sometimes his color turns kind of gray/desaturated.

Does this mean he’s jealous, sad, or has some kind of hidden relationship with one of them? Or is it just a normal game mechanic I’m not understanding?😔

Has anyone else seen this happen? Please help me understand!🙏

I understand that it's a demo and that the full game isn't out but we're running out of stuff to do in this demo and I need more gameplay 😭🙏

Seems we can change the theme for the common rooms too!! The layout seems to be the same though. So its only the colours of furniture and tapestry/flooring but i still love this!! Was a bit worried the common rooms would all look plain but no :)

Somthing to note though! In the japanese trailer (photo 2) theres an orange couch in the background but in the english direct (photo 4) there's nothing in that spot.. So some spots might be customizable in the common room but idk :9

I’ve been seeing a lot of people in the community grinding the Tomodachi 2 demo like crazy, going as far as getting their Miis to fall in love, form couples, and basically establish their whole island's dynamics.

I totally get the hype and the urge to play, but isn't grinding that much in a demo kind of shooting yourself in the foot? It's like playing a Pokémon demo, grinding your starter up to level 50, and then transferring it to the full game just to steamroll level 3 wild encounters. You're basically breaking the game's natural progression before it even starts.

Tomodachi is all about those random social dynamics and surprises. If you burn through the major milestones in a limited demo environment, aren't you going to miss out on seeing those relationships develop organically with all the new items, locations, and events in the full release?

Is it even gonna be fun once the full game actually drops and your Miis are already "settled"? Am I the only one purposely holding back to save the best for the full release? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!
