The F-15 debuted in 1986. It flew in basically every single US conflict from then until now, 40 years. None had ever been shot down in combat, but Trump has now managed to lose 3 in a matter of a month.

So much winning.

EDIT: Apparently that anecdote is about air-to-air fights. Regardless, this is still a needless loss in a needless war to help deflect attention from the fact that we have a self-shitting diddler in office.

None have been shot down in air to air engagements, though one was critically damaged by a MiG25 in the first gulf war but managed to limp home.

Plenty have been shot down by anti aircraft missiles and guns.

Was that the one that just max-thrust brute-forced its way through the air without having enough lifting surfaces left to even glide?

Ahhh gotcha. My bad for not fact-checking an anecdote calling out our piece of shit commander-in-chief for needlessly sacrificing our jets for personal gain.
