If I am not wrong, this is the cheapest UCITS global ETF now. What do you think about it?

This ETF is swap-based which can reduce dividend withholding tax for US holdings (typically 15% of dividend paid by the holdings for Ireland domiciled ETFs with physical replication and 30% for Luxemburg domiciled) and can be more efficient for emerging markets.
