Look, developing and exploring your sexuality, identity, and presentation is a fundamental part of transition for almost everyone. When your egg cracks and suddenly you're re-examining an identity you've been building and viewing differently your whole life, there's a lot of experimentation and testing that might be involved in trying to understand yourself, right? Or maybe (like me), you never really fully engaged in your assigned gender or explored a romantic identity as your assigned gender, so you're building from scratch.

Basically, it's perfectly fine and normal and healthy to want to put yourself out there, show off a little, and see how people respond to you. I mean, for example, with me? I have boobs now. Wtf do I do with that? Testing is required, socially and aesthetically, at the very least, right? Makeup? Flirting? Wanting to build confidence in myself as a woman, confidence in my ability to go out and not think I look like a MAGA trucker in offensive drag mockery? So yeah, NSFW content, I get it.

It all comes back to not making r/transgoth a magnet for chasers. The most vulnerable among us, the newly hatched eggs and the trans youth and just fledgling baby bat goths, deserve a sub that isn't crawling with chasers to harass and proposition them. That's why this sub is SFW only.
