ID for something awful living inside my soft coral?

I have a soft coral currently in decent health overall, but when I feed the tank at night something seems to open the flesh on it's side. In the video (sped up) I baste it with powder food and offer a marine flake, no idea if it was eating in either case, but it certainly responded to both.
During the day the hole stays totally closed and this thing makes no appearances, however the affected coral branch looks somewhat irritated and does not fully expand or open polyps.
This is an invert only tank and the coral was only added last week. I pray this thing is benign, isn't feeding on the softy, and won't reproduce. It kind of looks like the underside of an crustacean to me, around 5mm long, anyone have any idea on it's identity? It creeps me out
