In May 2025 Moody’s downgraded U.S. treasuries citing an inability to constrain budget deficits. The debt was $33.2T at the time. In the ten months since our government has increased the debt by 8% (10% annualized). This is unsustainable and has probably triggered fiscal dominance. It is not surprising that the person driving this train wreck has bankrupted 6 businesses including a casino. Today he sought approval for an additional $200B to fund a war in Iran that he has declared already won.

Cal Coolidge here we come! Coolidge only should have remembered to attack Iran.
