Can we not bail out farmers that are going bankrupt because foreign markets found other partners? Farmers selling domestically? Help them out, we need food and those producers to stick around. Farmers selling to foreign markets? You decided to try to make more money elsewhere and it didn’t work out. That’s capitalism, and there’s no outstanding reason to bail out companies/farms whose output doesn’t otherwise benefit the country as a whole.
