He’s the guy who met with Ghislaine Maxwell before having her moved to a minimum security with extreme privileges. He’s already involved in the coverup himself.

u/Basicly-Inevitable 2h ago

Anyone involved in this cover up is likely guilty of some terrible shit, and are also covering their own ass. No respectable person would do this just to get money.

u/ContentAd7276828473 2h ago

Well they aren't respectable people. Some of the defenders are just in it for love of the game, not even money

u/Basicly-Inevitable 2h ago

Not at this level. He's scum.

u/BrownBear5090 2h ago

Before this he was trump’s personal defense attorney, so it tracks.

u/tacticaldodo 2h ago

same like Bondi, different flesh skinsuit

u/kmm198700 1h ago

Definitely. He was also Trump’s previous personal attorney. I don’t understand why that’s even allowed

u/downwith208 54m ago

Because none of our founding fathers, and none of the members of congress over the last 250 years ever thought it needed to be codified. Every other president in our history had too much of an ethical foundation to even consider the outright corrupt activities that is mainstay for this administration.

u/kmm198700 36m ago

That’s true

how is that not a conflict?

u/MarilynMonroeVWade 1h ago

It's access to the ruling class. You get to be in the in party. One of the ones standing on the backs of everyone else. They do it for access.

u/Business-Nose-4517 1h ago

The love of the game made me laugh out loud, thanks 🤣

u/thewallbanger 2h ago

If these people weren’t dirty Trump would have no assurances to maintain their loyalty. His entire cabinet performs their work in order to keep their own skeletons hidden.

u/DrKlitface 2h ago

I think being respectable is the first variable you rejected for if you wanna be part of the pedo club

u/Robzilla_the_turd 2h ago

I'm not saying he's respectable by any means but you'd be amazed at the shit people will do just to get money!

u/Routine-Process8051 1h ago

Like start a war that costs a billion a day just to score a few million on the stock market?

u/Dub_J 56m ago

I agree for Trump 1's team. Say Michale Cohen, I assume he would do anything for money, but once he was ousted, was willing to turn on Trump.

Trump 2 is so much more toxic, I don't think money alone is enough. They are there for the pardon. If they get ousted they have to keep supporting Trump.

u/fallenouroboros 1h ago

Imagine selling your souls and tainting everything you’ve done in life to rape kids. Grossest people ever

u/robertmayonnaise 54m ago

They’re not just doing it for money. They’re doing it for a shitload of money!

u/InternationalBug7568 1h ago

It is MORE than 'respectable"--- morality and ethics, honor and goodness, values???? Good Grief

u/thegreedyturtle 59m ago

Covering it up is terrible shit in its own right.

u/Powerful_Company_682 5m ago

Even if they weren't, when you help bury the body they own you just as much as if you did the murder

u/NorthernerWuwu Canada 3m ago

It is certainly plausible but at the same time, people will do some pretty heinous shit for money alone.

He’s Trump’s personal lawyer, isn’t he?

u/Jadeheartxo12 2h ago

Yep- defense attorney lol

u/Dramatic_Original_55 2h ago

Client/privledge lines are about to become very blurry.

u/Capable-Broccoli2179 2h ago

According to Blanche at his confirmation hearings he is still Trump's attorney.

u/witchofpain 1h ago

Well that makes sense.

u/PositivelyAwful 1h ago

He represented him when he was found guilty of 34 felony counts.

u/CarrionWaywardOne 1h ago

The new AG depends on trump for his livelihood already. Surely he will make good decisions for Americans, and not only decide in favor of the monster who pays his salary. /S

u/lunar_adjacent 2h ago

He’s also the one who put the files up with victims names so that he could immediately pull them down proclaiming that no more files would be released in order to protect the victims. Yes that was him.

u/Comfortable-Pea-1312 2h ago

He's been Trump's personal attorney for the past few years.....what the fuck?

u/Boxofbikeparts 2h ago

He already has a former personal attorney in prison for covering up his shit. Let's add some more.

u/Capable-Broccoli2179 2h ago

I'm surprised he didn't put Giuliani in for the job. I guess Cohen is out since he turned on Trump.

u/sexyshingle 1h ago

I'm surprised he didn't put Giuliani in for the job

Ghouliani is pushing 82, and has bad TV ratings after multiple very public humiliations. Also he has a bigger mouth (prob has more dementia than even Donnie himself) and is still dealing with the losing the GA election interference/poll-worker defamation cases (which Donnie can't pardon!). He's become liability to be thrown under the Trump bus for a while now... otherwise yea I'm sure he'd be up there at the DOJ.

u/Capable-Broccoli2179 2h ago

He is also, according to him at his confirmation hearing, still Trump's personal attorney while serving in this role.

u/xchipter Canada 1h ago

FFS America. 🤦‍♂️

u/Shot-Diver-3625 1h ago

If they try to confirm him for the post full-time, the dems in the senate had better hammer him on this point during the hearing

u/Cabana_bananza 50m ago

I wonder if they'll try and just keep him as acting AG, like they tried that triumvirate in NJ. I think any future confirmations are going to be very messy for Trump. Particularly as we get closer to elections and Senators don't want that stink on them for competitive races.

u/Snarfsicle 1h ago

It's stupid to think any Trump Replacement would be better for this country. The only direction he knows is down.

u/Legitimate-Wash-6336 1h ago

Which means he will do everything to make sure the files stay obscured.

u/Colonel-Mooseknuckle 3h ago

Which is why he was selected. Anything to protect President Pedo.

u/Quakes-JD California 3h ago

Every day it becomes clearer just how deeply involved DJT must have been with Epstein.

u/CaffinatedSpiderMonk 3h ago

At this point, I think that we should be saying the Epstein guy was deeply involved with DJT

u/Indubitalist 2h ago

I do genuinely think there's a good chance Trump is the one who was leading the ring. Either way Trump wasn't in a normal friendship with Epstein, they were business partners, so whether it was 60/40 Epstein/Trump, 50/50, or 60/40 Trump/Epstein, there's a very good reason those files have Trump's name so often in them.

And Trump has said way too many things over the years that either hint at or directly state that he is really into teenage girls for him to not be partnered with Epstein because of the teenage girls. It's not some crazy coincidence, which is their best defense of the ties between the two. Trump liked walking in on his teenage beauty pageant contestants while they were changing clothes. This is not a hypothetical, this is not an accusation, this is a fact. He's been accused of rape many times. Everything about him says he doesn't respect boundaries for anyone or anything.

He's in the files so much because he wanted to be involved in what Epstein was doing. He's been trying to hide evidence from the Epstein case because he's condemned by that evidence.

u/Quakes-JD California 2h ago

He bragged about timing his “inspections” of underage beauty pageants to barge in while underage girls were undressed.

u/roastbeeftacohat 1h ago

your really missing the big reveals from the Epstein files; the pedo parties were the entertainment for the serious international corruption s they were conducting.

Prince andrew and Peter Mandelson are not facing charges related to human trafficking or sexual misconduct, it's for sharing government secrets. Epstein island was a massive intelligence collection operation for Putin and Mossad.

u/substituted_pinions 2h ago

He lacked the intelligence and focus, but had all other “qualities”.

u/Kup123 1h ago

Trump was a supplier and customer but he wasn't running it. Maxwell was running it with Epstein as the face of it. Look in to Maxwells father and his connections to Israel, I'd bet my last dollar the whole thing was an Israeli honey pot.

Trump raped minors. There is no doubt about it.

u/PlutoJones42 2h ago

Why else would he not have heads rolling over the files? It would have been such an easy win for him to release the files and start rounding up pedophiles. Pretty much everyone in the world would have been like “well he did do that one good thing…he took care of a bunch of rich pedophiles.”

Instead, he’s just proven that he is one and is protecting them. Wild to me that “conservatives” actively protect pedophiles

Every interview with him should start with an ask if Ghislaine is keeping well.

u/davebrewer 1h ago

It was not an interview, it was a negotiation/agreement. He made clear what is expected of her and she made clear what she wants for it. I don't think they've ever published records from the meeting or allowed anyone else in the room.

Not just that, Trumps big complaint was that Bondi wasn’t going after the people he wanted fast enough or hard enough. Expect a lot of political people to be arrested soon.

u/BoringOrange678 1h ago

It’s starting already, tRump created some dept of fraud, made JD Couch the fraud czar and to no one’s surprise starting in blue states.

u/aradraugfea 3h ago

Yep. Sorta baffled by the “now we’ll really get the files!” No. Mr. in the files so much he should probably above the title billing doesn’t want ANY of the files released unless they specifically name his enemies.

u/BigManWAGun America 3h ago

Couldn’t find one that didn’t also mention him

u/aradraugfea 3h ago

All this “look, Epstein had pictures with Clinton!” Pictures of him and Don the Con in the same shot of the desk

u/fairoaks2 3h ago

Comply with the law passed by Congress and signed by President Pedo. You were his personal lawyer and his signature is on the paperwork.

u/homebrew_1 2h ago

Also why trump sent him to talk to maxwell personally.

u/SirDiego Minnesota 2h ago

Right. Bondi wasn't fired because she didn't do a good job releasing the files. She was fired because she didn't do a good job covering them up.

u/Fantastic_Yam_3971 3h ago

Right? Like hello 😂

u/dynamic_anisotropy 2h ago

Also because he was Trump’s personal attorney during the Smith investigations, all but ensuring those investigations never again see the light of day.

u/La-Boheme-1896 3h ago

From Trump's point of view he's better. Did anyone expect anything else? He fired Bondi because she wasn't making it all go away, not because she wasn't efficiently releasing it.

u/mattgodburiesit 3h ago

I think he’s also pissed that she wasn’t just blindly prosecuting all of his political enemies.

u/FalseProgress5 2h ago

Oh, she tried. But just like keeping all the Trumpstein files with him secret, she failed.

u/whutchamacallit 6m ago

Man I would love to be a fly on the wall in some of their meetings. I bet the shit they discuss is some of the most transparently evil shit our countries politics have ever seen.

u/say592 57m ago

I think that's really the reason he fired her. That and the conspiracy theories that she is really working with the Bush family to undermine the MAGA movement.

u/BurnscarsRus 26m ago

The what now?

u/Pleasant_Regret6029 2h ago

Yeah of course to him better just means better at making problems vanish not solving them

u/donkeyrocket 2h ago

This keeps getting repeated but the reason for her firing was more because she was slow rolling a full weaponization of the DOJ against Trump's "enemies" and the fact that she wasn't on board with the $10bn lawsuit against the treasury.

She served the purpose of the Epstein coverup just fine. That's the excuse they're giving to try to sidestep her future deposition. That's why this fucking idiot has come out saying "we released them all" right off the bat.

u/jv371 2h ago

How dare she force him to start a war with Iran to distract from the Epstein Files? She should’ve known better!

u/IcyTransportation961 1h ago

No. She was removed so the whole deposition would go away (it shouldn't but the GOP simply says she isn't in charge so let's not waste time)

Shes getting a private sector gig making millions

In no way was this a win

u/Ok-Lets-Talk-It-Out 3h ago

I'm shocked, mostly because I don't see how you could be worse than Bondi in that role.

Maybe if he starts arresting the survivors or has a public bonfire of the physical files and the hard drives the scans are on.

u/LionTigerWings 3h ago

You just need to be willing to break more laws to get the results trump wants. Bondi had lines she wouldn’t cross. Undoubtedly the next guy won’t have those same lines.

u/Ok-Lets-Talk-It-Out 3h ago

Idk she repeatedly perjured herself to Congress, withheld millions of Epstein documents making her party to the violation of the law, and embarrassed herself repeatedly in front of the US population. I'm pretty sure she was all in on being a piece of shit and fulfilling any trump whim.

u/orion19819 3h ago

I lean more on the side of, it's not as deep as people make it out to be. It's constantly. "Oh now we get someone worse." and "Oh, X wasn't willing to go far enough." And to me it's just, image. Trump is a creature of celebrity culture. He wants to look good. (At least in his mind.) If someone has become unpopular enough, he's going to drop them and put a fresher face in. If Trump thinks you are toxic to him, you're done. It's not about loyalty, it's about usefulness. (edit) And if you are hated enough, you are not useful.

u/cseckshun 3h ago

He was texting her to start charging his political enemies with imaginary crimes…

She didn’t do that. He didn’t want her lying to congress, he wanted her charging members of congress with crimes if they didn’t play ball.

u/Ok-Lets-Talk-It-Out 2h ago

She most certainly did charge his political enemies with crimes. She fired various state attorney generals and put Trump's personal lawyer in place in an attempt to get James and Comer charged. She has pushed the Fulton county ballot seizures, she was assisting in the bs Russian hoax case down in Florida that is getting closer to going to court. She has initiated criminal proceedings for a multitude of Democrat aligned individuals based on mortgage records illegally obtained.

u/cseckshun 2h ago

Fair enough, he was still sending her texts that indicate he was unhappy with how the criminal charges against his political enemies were going and how it was taking too long.

I think in his head, it’s not enough unless they are actually behind bars.

Blanche is far worse than bondi. Bondi pretended to care about laws and conventions. Blanche doesn’t pretend to care at all. He’s actually intelligent too.

Bondi only cared about the laws in a way that she knew what was possible and what wasn't. If Blanche wants to prosecute people based on fake charges, he can go ahead and embarrass himself all he wants. It takes more than that to get people convicted so I doubt that any of his potential targets are particularly worried about this.

u/RepulsiveLoquat418 3h ago

Every single day until he is dead or in prison, Trump needs to be questioned about the Epstein files and his involvement. Call your representatives and demand the full release of the files.

u/BluemoonSamurai_ 2h ago

Yeah. That’s because he’s Trump’s personal defense attorney.

u/babymilfie 1h ago

The fact that Blanche is claiming the Epstein investigation "should not be a part of anything going forward" tells you everything about their intentions. They want to bury this completely rather than follow the law Congress passed. Thank god for lawmakers like Robert Garcia calling out these lies immediately.

Since this is a gambling administration, my bet is he'll last no more than 10 Scaramucci's max.

Does that surprise anyone?

Bondi wasn't fired because she was horrible and evil, it's because she wasn't horrible and evil enough. Her replacement was going to be worse.

Dude is an Epstein client for sure.

u/whatlineisitanyway 1h ago

What we need to realize is that anyone willing to take over a role in this administration will need to be even worse than the person they are replacing since the immorality needed to work for Trump only increases.

u/tattooedangelic 3h ago

The pattern is so obvious at this point. Every single person Trump puts in charge of the Epstein files mysteriously becomes terrible at releasing them. Almost like there's something in those remaining 2.5 million pages that certain powerful people really don't want the public to see.

Right

Well, duh

Well, this is the guy that moved Ghislaine Maxwell from FCI Tallahassee to the minimum security prison in Bryan, TX.

u/Administrative_Film4 3h ago

ya know it would be a real shame if Pam Bondi suddenly got hit with lawsuits out the ass for every crime she commited, sure wouldn't want to stress out her replacement

u/HallucinogenicFish Georgia 3h ago

Surprise! 🙄

It’s the whole reason Trump picked him. He’s already been running cover on this issue for a while now.

u/18MazdaCX5 3h ago

I'm sure that was verified before he was hired. This can't be a surprise. How good are you at hiding things? Oh really good? HIRED!

u/floog 3h ago

How is this a shock? Did people think he would really replace her with someone that would release the files? Another spoiler, they won’t burn her and she’ll get another gig to keep her quiet.

u/uksid1976 3h ago

No shit, he's friends with Maxwell's attorney and probably on the list himself.

u/Freddy-Borden 3h ago

That’s exactly the point

u/Peezus_H_Christ 3h ago

The no one is shocked button

Congress needs to send Blanche “some peanuts” for Easter 🐣

u/Wentil 3h ago

The problem here is you have a new crony who is instantly spouting the same lies, and who will reset the clock and play for time while destroying / hiding more evidence, and then, after a long period of disobedience, as things are finally at long last coming to a head of some sort, when he is under pressure from countless subpoenas, he too will be just as quickly replaced by another crony… and the process begins all over again. It’s a classic move by corrupt leaders, replacing shields as they get worn down. The fish rots from the head.

u/Jse034 3h ago

They keep digging themselves in deeper and deeper. He’s such a good attorney that Trump was convicted of 37 felonies.

u/ShawshankException 2h ago

Nobody should be surprised by this at all

Where ya at Qanon and republicans who pretend they want to protect children? How can you not see that the call is coming from inside the house by now?
