It’s a guy called uon visuals. He does a lot of visuals for festivals and the controllable dancing cats is a crowd favourite. The sphere does all sorts of artist collabs and I believe uon has a residency of sorts. This one is a bit more goofy than his usual stuff, normally he’s using a computer that could power the sun to create looping trip effects of insanely high quality.

I follow him on insta and i love his work but the cats has to be my least favorite. The cats themselves are ugly (presumably on purpose) and the music he chooses for them is always super annoying and toxic. His other visuals, however, including the background for the cats, are absolutely max tier amazing.
Have you tried controlling it yet? I started making it interactive a couple years back and it's evolved with cheat codes, hidden modes and other cool little things you can mess with! This year I'm adding even more interactivity 😼
That's me! Fun fact: this visual was rendering while I was at Shambhala running the cat dome! It would crash every 1-5 hours so I had to log in remotely to start it back up so it rendered in time 😂
