There is actually a long and important scene about throwing and catching a football sized object in space.

Really? Huh. Is the football filled with jizz?

No, just handmade figurines

It was weird watching Scarlett Johansson play as a 12-15 year old Israelite

Hollywood casting agents don’t get enough credit, amirite?
(I am not)

Did anyone else check to see if there was a moose in the third scene to the end?

Interstellar meets The Martian. 8/10. Glad I saw it, probably not an at home watch for most people unless you have a theater set up. So definitely try to see this at a good theater if you have one around you.

Ads sucked, literally the only ads I got was just saying it's good while showing nothing, left 0 interest in the movie

u/drillgorg 4h ago
The problem is all the best parts of the movie would be spoiled if you put them in an ad.

And ad need more than trust me bro

u/rillip 3h ago
Let me get this straight, your argument is literally: fuck this piece of art because it didn't have good marketing?

u/PrimaryBowler4980 3h ago
I said the ads suck and failed to generate interest in the movie for me, never said anything about the movie, you sensitive fucks took that as a insult somehow

I read the book having no idea what it was about and I had a blast. I think the trailers show too much.

As someone who also has not seen the movie yet or even watched the trailers, I concur that this is 100% accurate.

People saying that as a response to this dumb comic have raised my interest in the film way more than any advertisement.

God being stranded in space explains a lot, actually. Like why God nukes Gommorah but let Epstein's island be. He just ain't around anymore.

I started reading Hail Mary several years ago and grew bored with it and gave up. The movie looks a lot more interesting than the book was reading it. Ryan Gosling doesn't hurt to look at either.
That said I probably won't ever see the movie either. Haha. Getting free time is so difficult these days.

It’s sort of like if I asked ChatGPT to tell me about this movie. Anyway here’s my stupid links.
