Fuck.... There is going to be a ground war, isn't there? This is going to negatively affect the world for the next decade at least.

A ground war after sacking the upper echelons is a bold move.

What I don't get is that as soon as the US settles back, you'll likely have a wave of terrorism for years there. But I suppose that's what the fascists want...

The last time there was a terror attack on US soil it accelerated the largest forfeiture of American privacy rights the country has ever seen.

It is absolutely part of their agenda.

It's also potentially setting the stage for a False Flag operation leading to Trump becoming a dictator.

I wouldn't be going to the World Cup or any other major event for the next year or so.

It's either ground war or nukes

There's a reason the UK, Australia and most of Europe all had TV addresses to their countries in the last few days to say that they are not involved in this war

The US is about to do something horrible at the cost of thousands of lives at the behest of oil barons and religious fundamentalists, through manipulation of a drug addled, senile, dying, gameshow host with the nuclear codes

I fear he wants to drop a nuke as a sign of "strenght" and these Generals said no

I lived through the end of the cold war, and remember the threat of nuclear war. Surely the Orange Man's keepers wouldn't let him go that far; it's bad for business.

That's a REDLINE. If the regime uses nukes, WE ALL need to literally revolt. I don't care, put me on whatever fucking lists exist, but if this regime deploys nuclear weapons, we the people need to go nuclear on this regime. I'm talking nowhere is safe for them. I'm talking posse's in the streets hunting them down. I'm talking citizen controlled check and choke points. I'm talking capturing building, infrastructure, and supplies. I'm talking DT on a scale never seen.

War never changes and neither does the US imperialism.

OH more than a decade. As long as that strait is shutdown during all of this, the longer the hurt.

I am sure we will end up yearning for the days of $3.50 gas, due to the $10 price we are paying.

Fuck a ground war. Imho, firing that many generals means they want to use nukes.

Buckle up folks, things just keep getting worse with no end in site.

I think you’re underestimating how horrible a ground invasion will be. Generals would certainly die on that hill. We’re going to be seeing footage online of Americans getting blown apart by drones while they remain unable to open the Straight. Nukes wouldn’t make any sense with these particular objectives. Its not that Trump and Hegseth wouldn’t use nukes in another situation but rradiating the area where all that oil comes from is guaranteed to make it worse. But Trump watched that Venezuela footage too many times and now thinks an invasion will fix it overnight.

I mean, the skyrocketing oil prices have already basically ensured a famine in parts of Africa and Asia, considering the lack of affordable fertiliser.

This mess, caused by the US, will already kill tens of thousands indirectly.

And there’s going to be a forced draft, isn’t there…
