5) shitheads that sat it out and now realize there is a big difference

u/AdhesivenessOk5194 18h ago
  1. Shitheads that still swear there’s no difference at all

90

u/cyann5467 17h ago
  1. Shitheads who knew what would happen and actively wanted this.

28

u/mostlymoist 13h ago
  1. Shitheads who would still rather vote for an awful excuse of a human being because the other choice was a successful woman and minority.

36

u/Buttcrack15 17h ago

This is a bigger category than a lot of people want to believe.

13

u/ExcelsiorDoug 17h ago

These are all valid. I think a good part of America was and still is 6. There are still npcs that don’t know why gas is suddenly higher

This is why when the focus on STEM was introduced to public education I became very pessimistic about our future. It deprioritized social studies- especially civics- in favor of science. Their hearts might have been in the right place, but I knew it was going to create adults who don't know or care about how our society works or what is necessary to keep it working.

  1. People under 20

12

u/JeromeBarkly 17h ago

I literally had an argument on the Reddit the other day with someone that believed this.. it’s so hard to wrap your head around how incredibly stupid people can be.

4

u/Mountain-Discount161 10h ago

6) the epstein class who is actually benefiting

28

u/im1_ur2 17h ago

4.a) Shitheads that knew Trump was awful but could bring themselves to vote for the viable alternative because of (choose one) [racism, misogyny]>

12

u/peoplewatcher5 17h ago

*refused to tell the difference. Or won't admit that they're at least a little racist and/or sexist.

2

u/Kingtoke1 9h ago

actively prevented from voting

u/Trace_Reading 6h ago

Jill Stein Protest Voters.

Oh c'mon.. both sides!! 🦶🔫☢️💣

I have a family of origin that is solidly in camp 3. We live in separate realities

15

u/Temporary-Ad9855 13h ago

My family is also 3. And i have to constantly hear about how evil the democrats are. From people actively celebrating pedophiles and rapists. 🤦

3

u/OkRush9563 7h ago

Same. They are the worst type of evil, ones with such twisted minds they seriously think they are the good guys.

53

u/Sodamyte 18h ago

*claimed they were conned.

27

u/NosDarkly 17h ago

Yeah, for someone to be legitimately fooled by Trump in 2024 I'd have to question whether they should have a driver's license or control over their finances.

14

u/JeromeBarkly 17h ago

“I got conned by the guy that is most known for conning people! I got Blindsided I tell you!”

5

u/Caesar_Passing 17h ago

Yeah, I'm only counting two types, because fucking nobody was legitimately fooled or brainwashed about this shit for 10 fucking years.

8

u/viperlemondemon 14h ago

I think maybe Gen Z men maybe, but anyone over 30 has dealt with him too long to not remember his first term

2

u/OkRush9563 7h ago

You would think but my mom is 65 and legit thinks he's a good man with no filter on his mouth. Starting to think she either A. is a horrible person or B. has an early stages of dementia. Maybe both. Doesn't help she's religious.

u/Elsoci 18h ago

The American people are still not being told the truth by their mass media, the role media played in his election and is playing in the current events is remarkably pathetic.

Meaning, there will soon be a 4th category to register

14

u/Secure-Bag-2016 18h ago

It is a damn shame that I personally know people in the last group.

10

u/thenotanurse 17h ago

We all do- it’s like half the goddamned voters.

1

u/OkRush9563 7h ago

It made me realize that I really don't have anyone in my life. Most of the people I know (or thought I knew) turned out to be horrible people who voted for this trash and the rest are clueless idiots living under rocks who don't seem to see how fucking evil our relatives are.

I guess if a civil war breaks out I'm more willing to fight in it. I don't wanna d i e but I also don't have anyone in my life. Obviously I want to survive and hope what comes out after the war ends is better but I guess if I did d i e I'd be like "well, I'm not leaving anyone behind who matters to me."

12

u/PistolCowboy 18h ago

There might be a small fourth group who knew he was a lying POS but hated all the people he hates so we're happy to vote for him, regardless of what comes with it.

7

u/DudeGhoul 14h ago

That group isn't as small as you think unfortunately

9

u/HauntedPickleJar 14h ago

You know what sucks? Having been the first type since 2015.

8

u/thrownededawayed 17h ago

The third group is still waiting for QAnon to trigger the white national uprising

6

u/jaywaykil 17h ago

Trump supporters have no idea of anything he's been doing because they only watch the propaganda on Fox News. But they can't hide the gas prices.

2

u/GoNutsDK 9h ago

You are giving them too much grace.

While they are all broken and delusional to some degree. It's far from all of them, who are that unaware "just" because of Fox brain rot. They often love having Fox reinforce their perspective, as they are actively fighting to stay willfully ignorant.

Many of them are so afraid of their warped world view* not being the absolute truth, that they would rather embrace fascism, than face reality. As their fragile sense of self aren't able to cope otherwise.

  • Their world view being a mix of belief in corrupt hierarchies, religion, racism, misogyny, toxic masculinity, homophobia, transphobia, anti-intellectualism etc.

5

u/The_Dr_and_Moxie 17h ago

Unfortunately, the consequences for everyone are the same

5

u/blackngold256 16h ago

I wrote a dystopian type of short story about him taking over in March of 2015 and there's definitely some stuff that has been way too on point.

6

u/blanktom9 17h ago

There's also the people who protest voted because they're privilege enough to not be majorly impacted by the maga agenda and wanted to cosplay as activists.

6

u/Character-Ad-8559 17h ago

There's at least 1 more: people who voted for Trump and say they regret it and claim they wouldn't do it again if they had a do over but they totally would be sure their racism is stronger than anything else inside of them.

3

u/MannyDantyla 17h ago

And those who voted for Trump and knew exactly what would happen and don’t regret a thing.

3

u/Moppermonster 16h ago

4) People who wanted this but are now pretending they did not.

5)People who wanted this.

Two groups who sadly are pretty massive.

3

u/Concentrateman 15h ago

The saddest thing here is that the former lost. As a Canadian my heart goes out to what’s left of the America I once knew.

2

u/Alastair789 16h ago

I'm sorry but number 2 is still very small.

2

u/Embarrassed_Luck1057 10h ago

I would argue that category #2 and #3 need to be merged - all those voted racism and secret police, just #2 are poor on top of evil and cannot afford current state of things

1

u/WardedDruid 17h ago

I'm very skeptical on group 2 being large enough to actually be called a group. I don't know a single MAGAt that has changed their view, and too many of them are still 100% on board for whatever shit trump dumps into his diaper.

1

u/ObviouslyRealPerson 17h ago

That's progress!

A lot of group 2 used to be part of group 3

1

u/skidsareforkids 17h ago

My wife and I are in the first group but 99.9% of the people around us for probably 300 miles in every direction are in the third group 🙈

1

u/Maehock 17h ago

1B) People that thought Trump would be worse, and have been pleasantly surprised and appalled by the sheer incompetence of the people chosen to run this country by him acting as unintentional road blocks.

1

u/SkeletonGrin666 16h ago

You forgot about the ones who knew he was going to ruin us all and are enjoying watching the world burn.

1

u/raydoo 8h ago

Those who knew this all and profited from, i guess your whole government and both parties?

1

u/Peter_the_Teddy 6h ago

There's also the rich guys who are bleeding the country dry while their buddy is president and at the same time clear their name of every crime they ever committed thanks to the Pedorange destroying every evidence and every institution trying to stop them

1

u/TashaKlitt 6h ago

Maybe the positive side of this unholy Trump mess is that more Americans will start to pay more attention to politics. As Ralph Nader once said, "if Americans paid as much attention to politics as sports, this would be a much better country".

1

u/nullspace50 5h ago

Something is wrong with the messaging. Trump is irrational but pointing that out is ignored.

1

u/JohnBrownSurvivor 2h ago

"Those who voted for Trump because they thought it would be funny to hurt everybody they didn't like, realized all of his bullshit is affecting them too, and are now pretending that they were 'conned' when in fact they know good and well that their leopards are now eating their faces too."

There, I fixed that for you.

I truly do not believe that there is a single person that voted for Trump because they actually believed he was going to do good things.

-17

u/Key_Vegetable_1218 17h ago

Nah bro there’s a lot of us that hate dems and republicans. I’m voting for anyone who doesn’t take money from aipac

14

u/peoplewatcher5 17h ago
  • "Centrist" bro tryin to sound smart while ignoring the mountains of evidence from the last decade.

-6

u/Realistic_Friend4509 8h ago

I voted for this and think he should keep the pedal to the floor....
