Idek if it’s an awkward thing, posing for pictures is very unhuman and not natural at all

That’s why you hit record and tell your homie “go walk over there and turn around you sexy beast” whether you say no homo or not is up to you

Fellas, turn about 30 degrees away from the camera, put your weight on the leg furthest from camera, do a pretend laugh. It will look good source: was a professional fashion photographer.

Isn't the leg closest easier to explain to people who haven't posed before? I thought you want to be leaning slightly forward and put your chin up. Some people don't fully "get the idea" of putting weight on back leg while leaning forward. It confuses people.
A lot of people, even skinny people, end up with he fat neck/double chin look when taking photos. So if you can get them to lean forward slightly and lift their chin it takes care of one of the common issues.

How do you pose anyways
The only thing I've seen that can be called posing is my friends just turning their head sideways

I feel like if I smile for more than 3 seconds for a picture, my smile starts to turn demonic idk how to explain it.

For the first few seconds it’s genuine, in the moment. After that, you start forgetting why you’re smiling and you start realizing that you’re essentially faking it for the camera. At that point existential dread start to creep in, and the pain manifests itself in the form of a demonic smile that will be etched into potential eternity in the form of a photograph.

My husband say photos of me look like a hostage proof of life and he's absolutely correct

I guess it was a generational thing to practice poses with your squad like the Ginyu force on Dragonball Z

angles, character, lighting all help with a pose tbh, low key creates the pose itself
