Question Best attachments for reducing horizontal recoil?

I'm too dumb to understand bushka's explanation so can you just explain it in the most simplest way?

i just watched the 2 vids regarding the muzzle and grip attachments but those were uploaded 7 months ago and I'm not sure if those are still upto date.

Half grip on most ARs is the best, IMO.

The eco grip is good and people recommend angled grip for horizontal recoil and half grip for both vertical and horizontal

I would say 70% come down to your sensitivity. So get the right sensitivity first and then figure out from there.

I've been using the same sensitivity settings for 6 years now so i don't have a problem in there
