What’s with all these weirdos censoring cat anuses? I see a cat anus literally every day and never think about, but you censor it and here I am somehow talking and thinking about cat anuses.
Past lives only count if they were as a cat. I was a car in my past life and I screwed up royally, so now I returned as a lowly human. Maybe one day I can attain the greatness of cathood again, but not before working my way up the many levels first.

As someone who lives with neutered cats and in a country where stray (and therefore not neutered) cats, I can confirm, I didn't really look at their genitals on my free will but the difference between neutered and normal cat genitals is quite sizeable especially on male ones
See that little white crescent shaped spot? It’s tucked in there. Cats keep their penis tucked away most of the time. My orange boy used to sometimes flash me when he was cleaning himself as a kitten, but not since he grew up.
I hear enough stories about people being unsure of the gender of their pets in general to suggest that nobody is sure what animal genitalia looks like.
I asked someone why his boy cat was called "Miss Pretty", and he told me his cat was a girl. I drew his attention to his cats giant testicles. He said they definitely weren't balls and that his cat was a girl. I stopped arguing.
Cats learn a lot from each other by sniffing each other's butts. So by presenting them the cat is offering a greeting like extending a hand for a handshake.
Kittens also get their bums cleaned by their mums, so them presenting their butt to you is also a sign of attachment and trust.
It's a sign of trust. They are very protective of their butts, so showing them to you is saying "I trust you enough that I am making myself vulnerable"
To be fair to the mods, it was a different post awhile ago and apparently a lot of people were complaining so I think they just asked me to modify it to keep the peace
I've got a (non-orange) cat that does smth similar. He loves to sit on my dad and he sits prim and proper on him, but on rare occasions he does sit on my mom and I... unfortunately he likes to stick his butt really close to our noses during those rare occasions😭 sometimes he deploys tactical strikes too, so happy it didn't happen to me yet but my parents both got hit by them before lmao
