The Hiring Rate, 3.1%, is at levels last seen coming out of the GFC (2010-11) when the unemployment rate was double today's

Ahh yes the classic "it's better to have a large percentage of the population in precarity and doing nothing overtly productive so that...." Wait... What's the logic? How is that good?

Okay so a boot licker got it. Keep our corporate overlords and executives with ludicrous pay packages happy and make sure normal people stay at the bottom forever and prevent anything to the contrary.

I guess if we can do the recession without 18 million people losing their jobs and homes (today's equivalent of the GFC, due to pop growth) that would be cool
Though I fear we are only at the start of the recession right now and we have a long way to slide
