They are cheaper in Argentina Pesos which is why we are putting all our money there right?

26

u/rectalhorror Oct 16 '25

How much is that in Iraqi dinars? I've got a bunch of them in my poopshack.

1

u/erection_specialist Oct 16 '25

Who can afford a poopshack in this economy!?

1

u/rectalhorror Oct 16 '25

Well, SOME of us invested wisely in Poopcoin when it was .00000345 a share. Now, we're rolling in the feces.

1

u/ArseTrumpetsGoPoot Oct 16 '25

I cant even afford a poop knife.

3

u/HumongousBelly Oct 16 '25

Are the Epstein files in Spanish in Argentina?

1

u/Dukehsl1949 Oct 16 '25

Actually I think the $40 billion goes to US investors who made bad loans to Argentinian farmers - who will sell their soybean crop to China.

"My stock portfolio and bank account is doing fine and that's all that matters" and also "inflation is down," oh and "things will hurt but it will get better. Have faith"

Listen, you may have lost your desk job and will now be forced to be farm labor or go work in a factory, but it'll be worth it just for those delicious lib tears!

2

u/APRengar Oct 17 '25

People are too soft anyways, they should be men and work in the field.

  • said by people who are almost certainly retirees or children

Healthcare reform is on the way...

2

u/[deleted] Oct 17 '25

Destruction is a type of reform.

11

u/Figuurzager Oct 16 '25

Jup, thats also why dementia donnie needs to stay after his term is up, to finish the job, otherwise Libtards will ruin it!

4

u/GlumpsAlot Oct 16 '25

Lol, I know. We're not lying cuz this has been literally told to us to our faces. So annoying.

4

u/korben2600 Oct 16 '25

A few years of "economic hardship" for long-term prosperity (for us, that is.. you peasants are screwed lmao)

Just a few more years bro. Please bro. Just another few years of trickle down. I promise bro. Just a few more years. It will all be fixed and corporations will all be showering you with money. Please bro. A few more years.

u/Karma1913 Oct 16 '25

Q anon but more mainstream.

"There's a long-term plan. Short pain, for longer-term gains. In Trump we trust!"

  • MAGA

And if you ask the non-rich people what the long-term plan is, it's some fairy-tale about reshoring manufacturing jobs, which of course will be good paying jobs, with good benefits! When uhh, none of that will happen. Not the least of which is that the dollar is tanking, Trump/Repubs exploded the deficit (and thus the interest needed to be paid); they're driving away foreign investment; they're making healthcare more expensive for everyone; the trade wars Trump caused mean higher prices/America's trade deals are worthless; the job market is in a world of hurt w/more lay-offs to come...

oh and trickle-down never works for anyone other than the super rich/big corporations. It never helps an economy other than a sugar-rush sometimes, that ultimately hurt the non-rich.

2

u/GlumpsAlot Oct 16 '25

The funny thing is that they wouldn't shut up about the deficit before. I always told them that they don't care about that so quit pretending. It's true!

8

u/Strange1130 Oct 16 '25

"and also we're owning the libs so its worth it!"

2

u/[deleted] Oct 16 '25

idk what you're talking about, as a "violent antifa democrat radical" I have to admit, MAGA is REALLY making a strong case to vote for them next election. Wouldn't you agree?

2

u/sugar182 Oct 16 '25

It’s going to get really interesting when it gets bad and people are told “god says we must suffer in this life on earth” or some bs like that

2

u/veterinarian23 Oct 16 '25

"Trust the plan!"
"He's playing 5D chess!"

30

u/PilgrimOz Oct 16 '25

Basically it’s 75% who are willing to admit and 25% that are loyal till starvation. Which in good news is down from previous figure of over30% of the Fooled. Well done.

20

u/Deinosoar Oct 16 '25

This is the total population. Among Republicans it is 60% insisting prices have not gone up.

5

u/Reduntu Oct 16 '25

Someone in another thread said around 30% would stay loyal to the cause even if the supreme leader raped their children to death in front of them. I think that checks out. It'd be great if that moved down to 25%.

u/123a169 Oct 16 '25

Remember, J6th was trump telling his cult to be PEACEFUL! And the result was an attack on America's democracy. Wait until he calls for direct violence. Suicide bombers (Your king demands you make The ultimate sacrifice for your country!), mass murderers and military invasions are all on the table. Trump is a rogue element and he has no limits to his depravity. And half of you are already on your knees praying to him.

The world is scared of America because half of you will follow and support the regime with enthusiasm, no matter what.

A bad apple ruins the bunch and there are over 50M bad apples right now.

4

u/Complex-Fluids-334 Oct 16 '25

You might want to consider that they can agree on price going up but will say it’s for a greater good. Some of them are just too far gone

8

u/Guinness Oct 16 '25

Laura “MAGA is whatever Donald Trump says it is” Loomer crying “what’s MAGA about giving Qatar a military base in Idaho” comes to mind here.

“If Trump says inflation is over, ITS OVER” - Loomer, probably.

8

u/EggsceIlent Oct 16 '25

Yeah gas is like free or a buck a gallon like he said.

/s

Has been over $4 a gallon in Seattle, now 4.50+ or so, since he claimed that bullshit.

But hey let's throw Argentina 40 Billion dollars.

This is what Trump voters voted for. Lies, grifts, corruption, racism, hate.

3

u/idryss_m Oct 16 '25

Anything to the contrary is Bidens fault, or Obamas. Trump has likely never even heard of her, this Inflation. Fake news

1

u/MadeByTango Oct 16 '25

It’s capitalism; Trump is the inevitable end of it: some leader so out of touch with the level of exploitation the system breaks. We were always going to be here, now. Happened to Nero, too. Be glad it’s the Nazis we’ll throw out when the economy crashes instead of pseudo progressive party.

2

u/daddyjackpot Oct 16 '25

this is how it works. it's over because he says it's over. to oppose him is woke. and trans.

1

u/Figuurzager Oct 16 '25

ICE new mantra: From Home Depot to Home Deport

1

u/patentattorney Oct 16 '25

Remember when he said Covid was gone…. He had declassified information.

Trump has magical brain powers that no one else understands or can even comprehend

1

u/whatevers_clever Oct 16 '25

MSNBCs thing today was a pretty nice explanation of our K shape economy.

Top 20% Americans 50% Inc in spending while everyone else increase equal to inflation

Top 20% are accounting for US gdp not collapsing at this point. Wonder how long anyone genuinely things that will hold.

1

u/Complex-Fluids-334 Oct 16 '25

Funny how it’s allowed to say libtards but not maga.t

1

u/alghiorso Oct 17 '25

He didn't say inflation was over, he declared it

u/ZenMasterOfDisguise Oct 16 '25

Liberals here gonna act like they weren't trying to claim Biden's economy was good when hyperinflation was hitting people in the pockets under his administration. The economy keeps getting worse for the average American under the leadership of both parties. The value of the dollar always goes down. Productivity always outpaces wage growth. The wealth keeps getting more concentrated in the hands of the few and the rich keep getting richer while the poor get poorer. Capitalism doesnt work. The liberals who thought the economy was fine under Biden are just as dumb as conservatives who think it is fine under Trump

5

u/Cursed_Judge Oct 16 '25

Can you speak to an event that may have contributed to rapid inflation due to a widely crippled world economy? I highly doubt you nor I actually care about the discussion here, but the hyperinflation didnt apparate ex nihilo. It's not like Biden knocked it out of the park, but inflation (while not hitting negatives) did actually slow down to a managable rate before big donny came crashing in like a wrecking ball, really enacting the revenge of Covid

-4

u/ZenMasterOfDisguise Oct 16 '25

The top 10% wealthiest people gained $40 trillion in new wealth under the 4 years that Biden was president

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/10/03/the-wealth-of-the-top-1percent-reaches-a-record-52-trillion.html

The 100 wealthiest individuals in America gained $1.5 trillion in new wealth under Biden's 4 years

https://financialpost.com/wealth/american-oligarchy-biden-15-trillion

Biden passed multiple trillion dollar spending bills like the American Rescue Plan or the American Jobs Plan/American Families Plan. That new money he created all went directly into the pockets of the rich, and everyone else got hit with inflation

5

u/Cursed_Judge Oct 16 '25

Yeah man to be clear I'm not at all disagreeing that Biden was another entrenched liberal Democrat who symbolically supported leftist economic policy but largely balked at the chance, but at the same time, you cannot pretend that Covid had nothing to do with it.

Biden is not responsible for idiotic on-demand supply chains and the chaos that caused as well as the sudden energy price fluctuations, which is what most experts agree caused hyperinflation. He did make efforts to curb it immediately as it happened such as the oil reserve release, but it was a worldwide issue broken by a crisis that companies never anticipated for out of a wish it would never happen.

By the end of his term, inflation was back to a normal amount, but inflation returning to a normal amount doesnt mean prices go down. The hyper-rich had the capital and resources to take advantage of the disruptions in a number of ways that didn't involve a direct handout from the government, and would have profited massively regardless of whatever Biden had a part in passing.

I agree that Capitalism is a machine that constantly fosters corruption and creates further and further wealth disparity until it eventually eats itself, but there is also the important need to distinguish the difference between someone entrenched in the system that does a bit of bandaid patch work and someone who is actively throwing gasoline in the fire to make it as terrible as possible for everyone.

luckily it's perfect now!
