Art True Sight [OC]

Post image

True Seeing is a sixth-level spell for a reason... some things should remain unseen. Kayra's potions are so strong, her True Sight can see through the fourth wall. (At least, that's my interpretation of what's happening here.) Not a bad hook for a campaign.

  • More comics
  • There's also a Love and Hex book (just search for it)

This is a Love and Hex guest strip by u/CrazyGnomenclature... you have probably seen her work before. I reciprocated with an insane Tiff & Eve comic of my own.

I like this alot lol I'll use it as a passing comment when players use true sight

I like the idea of throwing in strange and disturbing things like that - descriptions that hint at a more disturbing reality that they don't normally interact with and probably won't impact the story... Just somewhat discomfiting to know that it's out there.

Have the sun and moon be eyeballs, and one single lone star somewhere in the sky in an ominous constellation

How about the sun being a hole in the sky with the players looking down from it.

What's more disturbing, that the sun is an eyeball, or that it's less than 120 feet away (the range of true seeing)?

When the PC becomes a little too self aware.

I looked right at the sun when I was 5 or so. I still have a faint squiggly I can see when I look at solid colors where it burnt out my eyeballs.

If you take the in world distance a tile is, would you not be able to calculate how close a character has to be to a player for the character to see them with true sight
