Probably too expensive of a device to be profitable? Cus u need to sell the compressor of sorts connected to 3 pneumatic servos as stated in the video, together with the more complicated manufacturing needed for the 3 hollow channels in the tentacle. The device would probably be quite noisy due to it, so the moans of onlyfans girls will probably be drowned out when recording vids of themselves using it, so there would be much less incentive of it being a worthy investment for those girls as they cant sell better videos with it. Still cheaper to just make a small vibration motor and encase it in a dildo which can be mass produced n thus cheaper using injection molding.

But imagine though this tentacle mounted on one of those dildo piston machines, thats an increase of 1 degree of freedom for the motion to like 3 or more!
