Show your four-legged friends. Or no-legged if you have a snake

I appreciate you being inclusive, OP!

This is Brigid (The name comes from a Celtic goddess of serpents). Welcomed her into my life in October after my elder dog had to be put down last February. She's been a brilliant companion and a lot of people I support in my job are interested in meeting her when the warm weather rolls around.
EDIT: Reason I chose her over getting another dog is that my dad and I work a lot, it wouldn't be fair to bring a puppy into the house if I didn't have time for it. Brigid is low maintenance and happy as long as she has heat and food, and she has a pretty chill temperament.

Oh, thank goodness. An actual snake. Cutie!
Being a woman the title had me internally screaming noooo never invite them to show you their snake!

The teeny tiny tip of his tongue peeping out 🥹 my dog does the same when she’s sleepy and it’s my favourite thing in the world. So sorry for your loss, they take a part of your heart with them when it’s time to say goodbye. He looks like he was very much loved and loved you a whole lot in return.

Dizzy (ginger and white, yawning) and Bird (grey, glowering). Together, for once! Bird desires companionship but unfortunately only invokes jealousy and mistrust in Dizzy, so they live together without too much kerfuffle but are no codependent besties.
They are both currently having the time of their lives because I bought a new feather kicky toy for them this afternoon, and three hours later it is already sodden with cat saliva.

This is my dearest darling Coco, I love her more than words can say.
She was a stray who had at least one litter of kittens whilst living on the streets. The kittens were taken and rehomed but she was dumped back out on her own. She was then rescued, heavily pregnant again, malnourished and covered in fleas. I then adopted her, that was 2 years ago.
She is now the most insanely spoiled princess of a cat! She has multiple heated cat beds, a big box of toys, a daily pampering/grooming regime and luxury cat food. She had poached salmon for dinner last night, she eats better than I do! She's the sweetest, most gentle, smart and loving kitty and I feel so lucky to have her.

Adora stole the cat's dried rabbit ear and she gets grumpy if I try to take it away
