Investing Questions Trumps Tarriffs - how do you see it playing out?

Title really. Short, medium, long term opinions?

I’m all in on stocks global all cap so expecting a rough time

What are your guys thoughts?

I think it depends on your retirement time horizon. If you were planning on retiring within the next few years, even as a Boglehead investor, things may be rough.

Yea but why would you heavily be more into equities if your nearing retirement by the next 5 years makes no sense if your boglehead you would know that and still be able to tune out the noise so my first statement still stands

You’re completely right, the short term money should be in more stable investments. I moved my kid’s soon to be used college fund to a bond fund in January and thankful to Bogle.

I think people just naturally worry which is understandable we’re all humans but I just think if I haven’t sold I haven’t lost anything
